LARGE FORMAT BANNER MEDIA

Lustre vinyl
Similar to our matte vinyl but with a semi-gloss sheen for brighter, more vibrant color. Fire retardant certified.
Smooth matte vinyl
Similar to our matte vinyl but with a reduced scrim reinforcement for a smoother print surface.
Ultra smooth matte vinyl
A 2-sided vinyl with no scrim reinforcement for higher resolution indoor banner printing
Adhesive backed vinyl
A smooth, high quality banner media with a permanent adhesive and release liner.
POSTER PAPER AND MEDIA
Matte photo base - most popular option
Heavy weight 7 mil paper. The recommended choice when you will be laminating your poster.
Gloss photo base
The perfect choice to achieve the look of a photographic print. Premium gloss finish results in brilliant, saturated color.
NEW! 10 mil C1S cover
For the first time, we are able to print full color posters on heavy gloss cover stock. The gloss finish adds vibrancy to your print. Our 10 mil C1S is an excellent value and priced the same as basic vinyl banner.
Polypropylene
Heavy weight 9 mil coated media. Economical yet durable, this media is a great option for indoor or outdoor applications when a regular vinyl banner may not be the right look. Tear resistant media is easier to handle than paper.
NEW! Satin Tex 9 mil
We've made our retractable banner stands even better with our new Satin Tex media. Now standard on all banner stands, this media is 25% thicker than polypropylene and has a wonderful textured finish to resist finger prints. A light blocking layer has been added and the media lays flat with virtually no edge curl.
Backlit film
Light diffusing film provides a brilliant display in a light box. We add lamination or mount to the front of acrylic.
Artistic Canvas
Our premium canvas is woven from 100% premium cotton and coated for added durability.
Lexan
The preferred option for trade show or heavy use. Lexan rolls for easy storage yet unrolls completely flat with no memory. We print directly to the Lexan media and add a protective 10 mil backing to reduce the potential for graphic separation.
FABRIC OPTIONS
We feature direct dye sublimation fabric printing for banners, table throws, podium signs and display walls. Fabric printing is now available up to 120" wide. All of our fabrics may be washed and put in the dryer using a delicate cycle.
Display Poly
A smooth, satin like fabric that we use for full color table throw printing
Oxford cloth
A heavy, premium fabric with a subtle texture that is perfect for banners and flags
Frequently Asked Questions
How are your color banners different?
Our color banners are printed in full color using 6 ink colors for rich, vibrant color. And since we can print up to 8’ wide, there is no need to tile or sew together smaller pieces when you need a really large size.
What are the ink colors in your 6 color printing process?
We print with standard cyan, magenta, yellow and black ink, plus light cyan and light magenta. Our banner inks are solvent based which means they will last longer than any other ink formula in bright sun or inclement weather.
Can you match my Pantone or logo color?
Banner printing uses solvent ink, which has a narrow color gamut. As a result, color is more difficult to match on a banner than a poster printed on paper. For the most accurate color, always choose Pantone coated colors and do not convert them to CMYK. If color is critical, please allow additional time and request a proof.
How do I set up my banner file?
If you are printing more than one banner, always send one multiple page file, rather than several single page files. Illustrator files should be saved as eps or pdf, with fonts converted to outlines and crops added. Call or email us for setup guidelines for your project.
How long will it take to complete my order?
Most vinyl banners are ready in 2 days. Please allow additional time for pole pockets, stitching or other post printing finishing. 8’ wide banners and larger banner orders often take a bit longer. Please allow additional time for memory intensive or large orders. Times are estimated and may vary according to work in house. Always call to confirm service availability. Our dye sublimation fabric printing takes 5-6 business days after your pdf proof approval.
How big can I make my banner?
We image to 98" (printable area of 96") by most any length. Adhesive backed and smooth finish vinyl is available to 60” wide.
Can I use my banners in direct sun or outdoors?
Absolutely. Our vinyl banners are designed for outdoor use for 6 months to 3 years. Longevity is estimated as your actual use may vary according to environmental conditions.
How can I set up my poster file?
It's quite easy. We suggest that you design your file at a reduced percentage of its final size. We can then digitally enlarge your file so you final print is imaged at your requested size. For example, if your final size is 24" x 36", create your file at 6" x 9" (1/4 size), 8" x 12" (1/3 size) or 12" x 18" (1/2 size).
I have color scans in my file. What DPI do I use?
For files at actual size, scan your files at 175 dpi.
For files imaged at 200% enlargement, scan your files at 200 dpi.
For files imaged at 300% enlargement, scan your files at 300 dpi.
For files imaged at 400% enlargement, scan your files at 400 dpi.
Can you run a sample banner for me?
Reduced size samples are $35 on matte, gloss paper or banner vinyl. However, if you order a poster imaged from the same file as your sample within 30 days, we'll credit the full amount of your sample against your final invoice. If you would simply like to see our print quality, preprinted samples are free by request. Printed samples on fabric, including color tests are $49 and take 3-4 business days.
How can I hang my banner?
We can add brass or nickel finish grommets or pole pockets for hanging.
What else do I need to know?
Always provide a proof (black and white print or PDF file will do) so we can review the finished piece against your original and verify that it is imaged correctly.
