HOW TO SEND FILES & PLACE AN ORDER

It’s fast and simple to place an order and send your files. Our ordering system is web based so there are no confusing ftp sites to navigate.

We encourage you to send orders using our web site. While you might prefer the simplicity of simply sending orders by email, this is not a secure option, and large files have a way of not showing up. There are several advantages to using our on-line ordering system.

The benefits of ordering online:

• Send files up to 300 MB directly from your browser

• No complicated ftp sites to deal with

• Handy order forms to add your important order details, such as  delivery and due time.

• Receive status updates and tracking by email

Why emailing files is discouraged:

• Emails with large attachments may not arrive

• There is no way to confirm if your files were received

• If you sent the order to a sales person directly, it may sit for hours if they are out of the office.

Click the button in the top right corner of any web page to access our online system, or use the link sent with your quote.
Choose an order form that best describes what you are ordering. If you’re ordering multiple products, you may choose either form. Or if you received a quote from us, select the Express Order Form and your quote is your order form.  You only need to send one order form, even if you are ordering multiple items. Simply add additional info at the bottom of the order form. Or email the additional order details to us.
Complete your order information. We only ask a few questions!
Click the attach files button at the bottom of the form. Select your files and click SEND.  While your files are uploading, please leave your browser window open.
