Options for Environmentally Conscious Printing

Now more than ever, we are all looking for ways to preserve the environment and reduce our impact. Traditional offset printing has never been particularly kind to the planet, but we offer numerous options to help you go green.

When you print only what you need, you use less paper right from the start. Instead of filling closets full of brochures and booklets that may never be used, order materials only as you need them. This reduces paper consumption, energy use and landfill waste.

Recycled paper options for small format printing

We offer several paper stocks that are digitally certified and contain as much as 100% recycled content. Better than sustainable forestry, use of recycled stocks never requires that a forest is cleared prior to replanting. This also reduces landfill waste.

We now offer BioBoard™, an environmentally friendly mounting substrate.

BioBoard offers the benefits of traditional sheet material and is extremely lightweight due to the special core properties. BioBoard can be easily cut, joined, and drilled with traditional tools and fasteners. Its light weight enables large sheets to be easily maneuvered and carried by one person. Eco-Friendly Latex Inks

We are pleased to offer HP Latex Ink as an option for our large format printing. Latex ink is also our standard ink for most of the trade show display graphics we print.

Water-based HP Latex Inks provide with many of the benefits of solvent-ink technology without imposing the typical environmental, health and safety considerations. Odorless paints produced with HP Latex Inks emits extremely low levels of VOCs (volatile organic compounds).
